Learning, Challenges, and Growth
During the first quarter, I gained valuable knowledge about how to create and maintain a blog. I learned the basics of setting up a blog, choosing a platform, and customizing its design to reflect my personality and goals. I also discovered the importance of creating engaging content. In addition, I learned how to leverage the internet to find reliable sources of information, connect with readers, and promote my blog through social media and other online platforms. These discoveries have made me more confident in navigating the digital space and building an online presence.
One of the main challenges I encountered during the first quarter was that our teacher didn’t consistently teach or revisit the lessons when checking quizzes. This made it difficult for me to fully grasp some topics, and as a result, I sometimes scored lower on quizzes than I expected.
To overcome these challenges, I took the initiative to engage in self-study, reviewing the material on my own and researching additional resources online. I also reached out to my classmates, discussing the parts of the lesson I didn’t fully understand. Collaborating with them helped clarify confusing topics and fill in the gaps in my learning.
Moving forward, I will continue to take an active approach to my learning, especially in situations where classroom instruction might not be enough. I will enhance my self-study habits by setting a more structured study schedule and using a variety of online resources to deepen my understanding. I will also maintain regular discussions with my classmates to help each other with difficult topics. Additionally, I plan to communicate more with my teacher when I need clarification to ensure I fully grasp the lessons and improve my performance on quizzes. By staying proactive and resourceful, I can continue to strengthen my learning skills.
